Myself

I am currently working on search backend for Google Apps. Before Google, I was fortunate to work with some amazing people at Microsoft, Cisco and Samsung.

Out of work I mostly maintain my blog and explore or create open-source content.

I love learning new tools / domains with a side project. Some of my projects are in the projects page.

Projects

Showcasing some of my projects here. I am generally interested in domains of Information Retrieval (IR) and Natural language processing (NLP).

But my side projects range on various problems that has crossed my mind.

Codecomb

Search your repo by context keywords. Small hack to support semantic based searching in a code base. Created this in a two-day hackathon in Microsoft.

NestorBot

A chatbot to handle common repetitive enterprise mail tasks to give more bandwidth to an individual increasing productivity.

Hobbies

Apart from my blog, I take special interest in exploring (and sometimes dissecting open-source code) as well and write about my learnings in articles I publish. (For eg. dissecting Youtube-dl)

This is ofcourse is in addition to my usual amusement of consuming textual or audio-visual content consumption (read: books, music and series!).

I am an avid reader and usually love reading multiple content in parallel. It is difficult, but to pick some of the books which really made me say "wow" -
